Here’s a list of the foods that we might cook (Please feel free to highlight any of these on the list that you would like to cook and we will do our best to oblige) :
Seabass filets on a Singapore Noodle and stirfry veg base.
Scallops flash fried and topped with crispy pancetta alongside a bright green pea puree, garlic butter.
Fresh Salmon Pesto Filo Parcels. Light pastry, excellent as a main course or buffet item.
Griddled fresh mackerel. (Crispy skin, tender, moist fresh mackerel with a dill hollandaise),
Moules Mariniere. Brancaster Norfolk mussels, steamed briefly with white wine, garlic, fresh parsley and cream.
Cullen Skink. A Scottish favourite of smoked haddock, leeks, potatoes and creamy milk.
Traditional Fishermans Pie. Salmon, Haddock, Prawns in a creamy white sauce, topped with cheesey mashed potato.
Gilt-Head Bream fillets in a foil parcel with spring onion, coriander, garlic and ginger, dry sherry.
