Hello to you all from a new and improved Cooking Experience, we have been busy creating a more refined version of our brand and we hope you all love the new look as much as we do! As well as a refresh to our brand, you are currently on our new website! After 20 years of wonderful experiences with so many of you, we thought it was time to get with the times and modernise ourselves.

Firstly, we hope you are all well and coping through these strange times, we know as fellow foodies you have all been missing our courses and wonderful days together, so we hope you can join us in our new venture…

We started the website refresh at the start of the year, without any awareness of what was going to come our way, but like many, we have been forced to refresh our business, so our timing for a rebrand couldn’t have come at a better time.

Without further ado, we’d like to introduce to you our Virtual Classes!

Don’t panic though, once we are all safe to do so we would love to welcome you back to Hadleigh for our usual face to face sessions… But until then, we have gone digital!

These sessions are for those who would like to pick up a few new hints and tips within an intimate group of ten. The demonstration lasts for one hour and all recipes will be emailed to you before the event to whet your appetite!

This is the hands-on session, whereby you will be cooking along with us! We will send you a shopping list and preparation instructions in advance, so you can cook at ease with us. This session will include a maximum of three households, so it is still very close-knit and inclusive for all involved!

If you hook up an HDMI cable from your laptop to a TV in your kitchen, you can see us in a larger format and get more of a live cooking class experience underway! 

We look forward to starting this new adventure with you all and whilst we have passion, taste, and the skills to do so, we must continue to cook and eat wonderful food!
