- 2.5 kilos rolled shoulder of English lamb
- Enough Spanish lager to cover the meat
- A bunch of Rosemary
- A tablespoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
Salt the meat and lay it into a heavy casserole dish. Cover completely with lager, add the herbs, slowly cook at 120oC for 3 hours or more if necessary. Serve with your favourite veggies. Enjoy!
